Returns & Exchanges

At Róhe, we strive for the highest quality in every garment; however, if your purchase is not quite right, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring the pre-printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection through our logistics partner's website.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
